Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your candles. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at tjrsimited@gmail.com within 14 days.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original delivery charges are refunded (except for upgraded shipping).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number
    We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
